Beverage fortification Not Necessarily Helpful

With a better claim than ordinary water, are now various types of bottled drinking water invaded the market. There are water fortified with vitamins, isotonic drinks, energy drinks, to drink beverages oxygenated or hexagonal.

Meanwhile, isotonic drinks really should not be taken arbitrarily because basically isotonic saline. If excessive levels of salt in the body will cause high blood pressure or hypertension.
Beverages in containers are also mostly high in calories so it can cause obesity. Because it is more advisable to consume water when we're thirsty.
